Sold my home and Rq’d my service be disconnected 10/29/18.Comcast was continuing to bill me until I returned the equipent OR they cancelled it for non payment in Jan 2019.The story changes with each call.A non payment claim ws placed on my credit report in the amount of $600+ which does not add up to what they claim I owe them which is $337.I’ve tried twice to get through to supervisor but continue to be disconnected.They recently lowered the figure on my credit report from the $600 figure to $335 which prompted the report to read as a NEW claim which lowered my score again.
