American Complaint

Hi, I am from the netherlands. In santa cruz bolivia now. My backpack with all my money got stolen this weekend and I am trying to get back to NL. But AA says I have to pay 800/1000 dollars to take a early flight. I do not have relatives and my friends arent that rich. I have money for 1 week to stay at a 10 dollar a night hotel, after that I am on the streets.
I have 3 flights, the first one has 10 seats available, 2nd: 23, last one also around the 10. So they can easily take me instead of throwing me on the streets for 3 weeks in a foreign city but they refuse. But no matter what i HAVE to pay 800 dollars which I dont have.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
