T-Mobile Complaint

a few months ago I canceled tmobile before canceling, I had my brother move to his line and we signed documents over the phone together. That allowed him to take phone and his own line.
We thought everything was ok than a month later, after I didnt have tmobile they sent me a charge for a phone that was supposed to go on my brothers plan. The Rep we talked to told us noting could be done and that we never signed what we needed to.
