After more than a decade, I quit using att last August.I paid my final bill via phone.I asked if I was now paid in full, the representative said yes. You are paid in full.Im sure this was recorded and I would like request that recorded media fir the court to hear.About 8 months later, last April I get a collection agency notice and a hit from such on my credit report.I call att. I tell them the same thing I just stated but I am refused.So I pay it and now I’m starting the process to file suit in small claims courtfor damages done to my credit
