American Home Shield Complaint

I filed a claim with American Home Shield on 08/08/19 to get my AC fixed. I was having open heart surgery the week after and wanted to make sure my AC was working properly. It is now 09/13/19 and they have yet to approve my AC getting fixed and I’m in 104 degree weather with open heart surgery.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)

Reimburse me $125 after I had no choice but to pay $305 for the AC since they haven’t approved my central air to get fixed.
