T-Mobile Complaint

T-Mobile is changing the name of the services in order to require downpayment for this years upgrade. When I signing JUMP! contract they clarify since my contract is effect (I signed last September) I am eligible to upgrade my device (On this account I am upgrading 3 similar devices) with no downpayment. Today they say that they changing this clause and I have to prepay $250 for each device (no we have JUMP on Demand and JUMPXXX no JUMP!)
