Bank of the West Complaint

Car registration tax lien was sent to the bank by mistake because my vehicle was registered in my new state. It was reversed & closed but Bank of the West wouldn’t do the same and still charge me the gross amount of $150.00 for that process.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Reverse the charge that should never of happened
