Straight Talk Wireless or Walmart Family Mobile Complaint

I tried out Straight Talk Wireless owned by Tracfone for two months. I brought my fully unlocked iPhone XR that I purchased through Best Buy and simply purchased a bring your own phone sim kit from Walmart to use Straight talk.
I recently left and went to Verizon Wireless and they said Straight Talk / Tracfone has locked my iPhone XR, they had no right to do this as it was fully unlocked. I have spent hours on this and no resolution yet.
9/11 6:35 PM PT Called in started the unlock request and was told it would be 24-48 hours after I put request in, I asked for a supervisor, I was transferred to endless ringing and finally the line disconnected after an hour.
9/11 7:45 PM Pacific Time- Called back spoke to customer service supervisor told me there was no way the phone was locked because it was a bring your own phone, leaving me to believe that something else was wrong with this iPhone.
9/11 8:01 PM PT Called Apple Customer Service and spoke with them they assured me that the phone was locked but they could not give any more details over the phone.
9/12 10:00 AM Pacific Time- Drove to nearest Apple Retail store Irvine, CA spoke to Genious Bar who pulled the phone up in their system and physically showed me that the lock was from Tracphone/Straight Talk
9/12 3:00 PM PT Called back to Straight Talk spoke to someone in the unlock department and they told me the request is still pending review, advised that they would need the full 48 hours.
9/13 6:48 PM Spoke to unlock, they told me that their unlock system update was down but that it has been over 48 hours so it should be unlocked. Gave directions and told if not unlocked to call back tomorrow.
9/14 10:58 PM PT Called in to speak to unlock department again. Told that it required a team above them that is closed on weekends and to call back on Monday. Asked for a supervisor was put on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on.
