Bank of America Complaint

Bank of America, told me I wasn’t liable for unauthorized charges and for fraud. However, they had another contact number listed for me that didn’t belong to me which they were contacting about my account. Several credit cards were mailed out and issued with my name not by me, I never even applied for a Bank of America credit card. However, I was held liable after I received one card and called to complain. They closed both my bank account and the credit card account I never applied for.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like my credit cleared, to not be held liable for the credit card charges that had nothing to do with me and they were well aware of this.
