Went 4 months with out a vehicle due to them messing up my title and could not renew my registration. Had to purchase a second vehicle just to get to work. Getting the run around on paperwork because the car I had was totaled and will get the paperwork I need to pay off the loan.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
