AT&T Complaint

I’ve been given the run around with multiple different reps.Given permission to have service at our signaless house and then once I mentioned being in the access low income program it was like all of a sudden the internet was magically gone and forbidden. They give me the run around about this multiple times and I don’t like it. My father is dying we desperately need internet to be able to call out or receive calls concerning issues related to his transplant situation. They are playing with serious emotions and I’m sueing the piss out of this greedy, heartless company.I reached out to the president of this company. When I explained my story he never replied back regarding anything.
