AT&T Complaint

I Overpaid my bill by $3,000.00 in March, 2019.ATT&T Employees have promised on 6 encounters to return it, Each one (incluing 3 supervisors) lied to me andtheyhave not done so.It is now September 20, 2019.The net balance they owe me at this time is $1525.25, after deducting my monthly bill for each month since then.I have cancelled my services with them as of today.I believe the employees are following a policy of lying in these cases
