I requested many times to move my flight back to my origin country because of health issues. I sent my medical records from my Doctor in Colombia. after more than 3 weeks waiting for an answer, my health condition decreased drastically so I decided to buy a new ticket with a different airline, Avianca. When I submitted a new complaint asking for my money back. Customer service replied immediately asking for a recent medical report and they denied my request. They offered me a travel credit. It was so frustrating that I do not want to travel with Sprit never again.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I demand a refund of $486.39 USD spent on the new ticket and additional expenses to control my anxiety because Spirit Airlines took too long for giving me an answer in my critical health condition.
