I believe, I was scammed by sprint!

Ever since I joined Sprint, I am spending hours on the phone or in the store.

1- The monthly bill is much higher than what I signed up for. Signed up for $100 + Taxes Plan, my monthly charges = $275!

2- The service is extremely bad. (Unable to load an email) + Dropped calls

3- Customer service is the worst. I hear different things everytime I call.

4- After months of complaining about the data service and several unse=ucessful troubleshooting attempts, a senior tech from sprint told me that BOTH Iphones I recieved from Sprint 3 months ago are devfictive and they can not see them on Sprint network. and since, I did not purchase the warranty, there is nothing they can do about it!

++ I thought by reaching out to executive office someone will listen to my complaint. Instead, the analyst from executive office proved me wrong. she is dishonest and a liar.

I have text messeges + Emails + chat transcripts + Notes on my account that prove my claim and that analyst from excutive office is twesting the facts.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like to return the devices, waive all termination charges and current incorrect balance.
