Uber Complaint

uber has stated that commission they would subtract from driver to be 25% in uber-driver agreement.in some cases, this has not been true. I have evidence of trips where uber has subtracted 35% and, even more in shared rides(uber Pools) .
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
for uber to compensate on all misleading commissions charged;to millions of drivers they have significantly profited from. not considering the burden of ride costs and vehicle maintenance dumped on drivers.
