AT&T Wireless Complaint

BOGO promo going on, got one phone, few weeks later called and asked if the promo was still going on. I was told “yes” so went ahead and got another phone. I have been charged for the phone since with MANY customer service reps giving me false info and assuring me the problem would be resolved. I would then get an email telling me they would not honor the promotion. I’m on a very limited income and can’t afford paying for 2 phones.
