Airbnb Complaint

Airbnb rented out my property for almost an entire year without my knowledge or permission. They continue to keep the listing up even though I have provided them with a deed to the property. I have also told them that I do not know the person they have “hosting” my property. She is not even the renter to my property. I have provided everything they have asked me to and still they refuse to shut down the host and take the listing down.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have requested a copy of all the transactions that have taken place on my property. I have also asked them to shut down the host and remove the listing. They have refused to do both of these. I don’t know what else to do. I have maintained a property for a year while they have illegally profited off of it and continue to do so. They knowingly continue to profit from fraud and don’t seem to care. I have also been unable to sleep at night as I am in constant fear of an illegal boarder getting hurt on my property and suing me. I have even contacted our city government to shut this down, and they said that they would have to fine me, the homeowner, for an illegal business. Our city requires a license for Airbnb. I feel like my hands are tied.
