PNC Complaint

I filed a dispute in August if 2019,about a month later they retracted the provisional funds they gave me(in September of 2019) which put me in the negatives and left me with nothing in my account. My issue with PNC is that they notified me of the fraudulent charge of $350 being withdrawn out of my account and they even inquired if I wanted to authorize this transaction and I clearly stated NO, multiple times that “I did not want them to authorize this transaction;” but they disregarded my words and still processed it. After filing my claim they did an investigation, which resulted in them finding my claim faulty but I am unsure why when there is a transcript of me saying no to this fraudulent charge.
