Paypal Complaint

I used over of their PayPal chipreaders to sell some items in person the guys credit card was accepted then he took the items and left and now PayPal won’t give me my money they closed my account
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Give me my money to release it so I can have my money back or the items back
