CenturyLink – Internet Complaint

Internet service will not work in the evening/night. This has been going on as long as I’ve had their service. Last week they contacted me with an apology and the promise this issue was remedied. Since that time it has not worked a single night. Right now it is 1:20 am and it has not worked since it shut of in the 2nd quarter of the Cowboys Saints game. This is the 2nd Cowboys game in 4 weeks it has shut me out of.
I believe that, since I have made multiple complaints to CenturyLink, they are now aware they are stealing from this customer. I also believe they have no intention of providing any sort of remedy with integrity as I live in a small town with essentially no competitors to force them to stop this theft of service.
