MY payment on the 3rd of every month, NOT THE 1ST, I’m retired and my ssi comes in on the 3rd in my bank. I signed up for your services in middle of the month and paid on the 7th of every month. Your rude incompetent customer service could not do good service in this matter. All my other business expenses can accommodate good service for the 3rd of the month for payment. I wish not to go thru this every month with your customer service. You want to lose a customer, that’s option I’m feeling
