Airbnb Complaint

My house interior was destroyed during the laser airBnB rental.They let me open a case, then immediately close it.Again and again for weeks.They say we are protected by their 1,000,000 insurance, but my house is trashed, doors, walls, windows.It is a intentional malicious destruction and crime scene.Airbnb could easily help but they just redirecting then cutting off communication.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Pay to repair the house (over $10k in damages)and reimburse me for all the lost income.They cancelled reservations for a month, but if they ignore me and will not do repairs, I will lose my home.I use rental money to pay the mortgage.I am a disabled vet.
