ATT offered me a $300.00 gift card and never honored it when I transferred services from Spectrum to them. This is for Uverse. When i followed up they said it will come in the mail. Never came and then when I called in to that department they said you have to claim it and you have a $100.00 available. Never showed how. I asked for a supervisor to call me. They said a supervisor was not available and I asked for someone to call back and they never did. What a bunch of rubbish…..
