I was charged 207 dollars in January for a move in fee when I have been living at my address for 12 years. When I confronted them about the charge, they said I have exceeded the maximum amount of refunds to my account when in fact, the prior refund was an error on their part as well. Now, they put the charge in collections which has affected my credit.
