H&R Block Complaint

The preparer did not submit taxable income from 401k for 2017. The IRS audit sent a notice for taxes owed plus over 7000. In penalties and interest
I purchased the H&R Block guarantee and they have admitted to their error in writing. I have asked for the amount agreed but am being told although approved they have to submit the paper work to another department. After waiting 30 days it is now with another department at H&R Block
The IRS continues to charge me interest and penalties because I was forced to use their payment plan.If I use my retirement savings it will change my tax status for this year affecting my SS benefit and the income used for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Honor their guarantee in a timely manner and remove their advertising for accuracy guaranter
