Verizon Complaint

We had Verizon from 4/29/19 to 8/8/19 (3 months and 10 days).Cancelled the service due to poor service.We had multiple problems, called over 25 times waiting over an hour to speak with someone, and the problem was not resolved.The problems were rebooting often, having a movie in YouTube

cut off and have to get back into YouTube, and with Netflix the voice and music was working but became slow and garbled ( I got another company and the voice is working well).

Verizon replaced the remotes,cable box, and router.The remotes came in 2-3 days, the cable box was to arrive withing 3 days (it took 10 days), and the router – the problems not resoled.
