Your employee decided to shut my SIM card off from the local office without authorization from me after the account had been paid for and current! She shut my sim off so I lost my number and now I don’t have my number anymore! She did this because I hadn’t gone into give her my personal iCloud info to delete a old phone that att sold me the previous day that was broken when I bought it (iPhone XR)
