Charter Spectrum Complaint

We signed up with spectrum business a few years ago and it’s been nothing but problems the phone is never working correctly we tried signing up with someone else and they were going to buy the phone number since it’s on all of our vehicles and spectrum refused to sell the phone number. The phone is disconnected the say they will fix it and don’t for sometimes weeks at a time. We have lost customers we lose customers all the time our business won’t be active anymore with this constantly happening. We have “managers” giving us numbers to call them if we don’t hear back and they never answer or call us back it’s ridiculous and we are pissed ! Nothing is resolved
