Charter Spectrum Complaint

I moved in November 2017 and had my Internet/Cable services moved to my new address. Spectrum never completely cancelled my services from my old address so they where ACH’ing my account twice a month for 9 months. They owe my close to $1000. I’ve called and spoke with at least 10 managers who all promised me they would look into the situation and get back to me. Not one called me back. I even emailed my bank statements and a spread sheet showing all the double charges and no response. I’ve tried to get in contact with their corporate office and just got another customer service rep. in another state who really doesn’t care. I’m not sure what else to do but cancel my service and take them to small claims court.
