Sprint may be using an “account holder” loolhole to avoid small claims court – given that someone has to be the actual account holder in order to file a claim in small claims court.

Sprint offers internet service through business accounts where the actuall users of this service are 3rd parties. And the account holders are the venders of this service – like Spectrum or PCs For People – through which third parties purchase the service.

If I purchased Sprint internet service through PCs For People, am I still allowed to file a claim in small claims court as the account holder?
