Long term customer with Terminix (over 10 years).Company maintained file of inspections with notes on termite activity.The files shared with me via their website noted “no activity”.One report finally came through noting new activity.Company ignored calls to schedule treatment and repair.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Pay the maximum amount possible toward the repair of the damages to my house.
