Vivint Complaint

So I had Vivint from may 2016 to August 2019.I sold my house to another buyer, he switched it over in his name. According to vivint though I didn’t give verbal authorization to have it switched from me to the new owner. But I had called several times to state I am moving and the new owner is interested in switching over. They wont let me cancel now due to I didnt give them authority. Which would seem like a lack of common sense. And now I either have to have it in my new house or pay $80 until 2022 which I didnt know my contract was that long…

Cancel my contract without me having to pay it
