Traded s9+ in on s10+ they said i didnt . I havnt recieved any promo for 3 months . My service is bad my phone doesnt work. I have asked to get out of contract they want full price of s10 + but wont honor my trade in of s9 + . I call every month they say they will fix it and it doesnt get done . Bought on july 4th 2019 still no resolve
