American Express Complaint

American Express and I made a agreement and they went back on it I have all calls recorded and when I told them ho back and listen to call they said that the agreement was a human error
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have all recordings of me begging them to do the right thing and work with me they sent me to collections and refused to even though i made all agreed payments
