I wanted to cancel my classes because I had a life changing event that would take make school impossible.I spoke with my advisor and he told me to post in the class once and then he could remove me. Because I made the post instead of not i am getting charged and sent to collection for the balance of that class
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Make the charges go away and fix the damage it did to my credit as well as the pain and suffering it has caused me with all of the calls
