24 has been double charging me for monthly fees. Every time I walk into the club for the past 7 months, I’m stopped at the front by an associate after a “See Receptionist” message shows up on my account. Every time I’m told my payment for that month did not process, and that I’m behind when I have bank statements that prove I am up to date. This month and for the month of March, I was charged for two memberships when I have a single account. I am fed up with being treated like I don’t make my payments and with getting stopped every single day I go to the gym. I’ve had to go back and forth with the collections department to the employees at two DIFFERENT 24’s to my bank. I am EXHAUSTED
Charge me more with out notice
I have a life time membership with 24 Fitness since 1995. I have an active membership. I wanted to be grandfathered into to a super sport gym where there use to be an active gym but that was torn down and replaced by the super sport gym. 24 Fitness refused to grandfather me into that club. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get proper resolution. 24 Fitness just gave me the run around. But This kind of complaint against 24 Fitness where active members wanting to be grandfathered into the super sport clubs has already been filed sued. And that is,
They refused to re-add my Son to our family plan after we stopped his usage for 1 month. Then forced another full contract for my Son. Then changed a letter in his last name and created another contract for my Son. Meaning 24 hour fitness charged my Son 3 full membership fees for 1 account. When they refused to stop charging us for 3 full accounts(They said we agreed to this) we stopped our bank from allowing them to charge our account, and started to pay our bill in cash.
