American Complaint

I booked an American Airline Ticket for my daughter from Abu Dhabi to RDU. When I booked the ticket it was clear that her bags would be subject to American Airlines Bag Policy - $0 for the first bag and $150 for the second under 50lbs. The original flight plan had her on a British Airways flight from Abu Dhabi to London and then to RDU. At the last minute the British Airways Flight was canceled and American routed her onto an Etihad Flight to Frankfurt then an American Flight to Charlotte and then to RDU. When she checked in to Etihad they charged her $384 for bag fees -- $234 more than the American Policy. The also cancelled her Charlotte RDU Flight and a relative had to drive from Raleigh

United Complaint

On Sunday a flight attendant spilled an entire pitcher of hot tea on me. It ruined my iPad, damaged my clothing, and burnt my arm. The flight attendant told me that the airline would compensate me for my damages. She came around with a phone and told me she was not authorized to give me anything more than $250 and said she would leave a note that the compensation was "NOT adequate" for the damages.

I booked united for travelling from Newark to India in August 2019 on June 20. I paid approx $2800 for tickets of me my wife and my 7 months old daughter, which is a premium over other market participants. I paid higher since it is a direct flight and we are travelling first time with our infant daughter, we wanted to avoid the hassle of change. I even spent almost an hour on the call talking to customer care rep to secure a bassinet for my daughter. United with no communication cancelled the tickets after a week or so. American Complaint

I paid to have my professional Tripod shipped as baggage to my final destination. after arriving at my final destination part of my tripod (the most expensive part) had been unscrewed and removed. The bag that it was shipped in was ripped open and I am now left with part of a tripod. The head that was stolen was worth no less than 800-$1000. When I entered a claim with AA they said because it was shipped in a plastic bag (like a car seat) they would not reimburse me anything. They said I must ship items in containers that can withstand the riggers of baggage transports. My claim is that I had shipped it this way many times before and this instance clearly shows negligence. There is no machin

American Complaint

In year 2016 somewhere in December, I bought a ticket for my wife from DFW to SJC, but due to american airlines error, she happened to fly to cancun city of mexico, but her luggage arrived to SJC with correct flight. as she was not fluent in English, she couldn’t understand everything and she were instructed to stay in a hotel and the next day they take her to texas and she has to go again thru all immigration process and all. After that she always remembers that incident. Can you help ke in this to sue AA please. I would love to provide all necessary documents.

Spirit Complaint

I purchased tickets (round trip) so that my son could came home for a funeral, but he had to be back in his state for work after. He had a lay over in Dallas and spirit claims the flight he was scheduled for was cancelled so a new one was being assigned, only to turn around and say those passenger had to wait 24 hours (even after waiting on a layover for 7 hour?)
