They owe me money and continue to turn my phone off and charge me fees and for phones I do not own..This has been going on for a year.False promises hours upon hours of argument and my time...Lost contact of loved ones,mistreated multiple times etc
My Mother passed away in March of 2018 and I cancelled her landline and Internet and U-Verse and had the equipment returned. I had been paying her bills by auto-pay from my account. After her passing and cancellation, AT&T continued to draw her monthly cable and Internet charges up until I finally made aware of it by my Bank. The house was actually sold in February of 2019 and the monthly payment continued to be drawn from my bank account. I called to cancel my AT&T Direct TV and Internet account on 04-27-2019.This would take effect on the last billing cycle for May.I paid my final bill and early termination fee.I received confirmation on 05-12-2019 that my equipment was received.I even overpaid and was issued a refund for overpayment.
2 iPhones 10 (APPLE64GB) have been purchased on 16-May-2019 at ATT store located in Montvale NJ via ATT promotion "Buy 1 get one free". As per sell person at this store (Wally D) promo condition was to open a new line which was done in addition to existing family plan. Sell representative advised that the credit for the 2nd phone will be applied to the account after 3 billing months. We have not received any, therefore had ATT billing department who were unable and unwilling to assist with the credit inquiry. Requested the offer of $75.00 bundle of Direct TV and internet. Instead the rep set up a separate account for Internet. Have spent ten months trying to get this resolved. No amount of phone calls have resolved this issue until nine months later. Now they want to charge me full price for both services. I never received the three month premium package or proper billing and they now are going to cancel my service. They sent a refund on paper but since that account is now closed I have not been compensated for my overpayments.
I received calls and a letter from Credence Resource Management, saying that I owed $263.97 to AT&T Uverse and I thought this is a scam and tried to ignore, since I am a previous customer of AT&T Uverse and I don't think I owe any money.
On my wireless bill ending date Aug 28, 2019, I was charged $450.80 + government taxes and fees in international long distance charges for calls to Germany. A representative applied AT&T World Connect Advantage for Germany calling for a reduction in international long distance rates, resulting in a "re-rate" of the charges, and a $550.80 credit to my wireless bill. However, it has taken me 8 calls, not including several dropped or abandoned after hold times >30 min., and 7 calls to even get them to admit to a case number having been finally opened (CM2019-****-********). Your employee decided to shut my SIM card off from the local office without authorization from me after the account had been paid for and current! She shut my sim off so I lost my number and now I don’t have my number anymore! She did this because I hadn’t gone into give her my personal iCloud info to delete a old phone that att sold me the previous day that was broken when I bought it (iPhone XR)
