It started 0n September 5, 2019, when I received a text notice that the card I have/had on file would be charged $78 dollars on my scheduled payment. I called to find out why, since I was only paying $45 monthly. That's when they told me about my monthly bill of $45, plus $33 for the installment plan for a ne Iphone. Within a short period of time I had no service to the phone I've had for over a year, a Moto g6 play. I called customer service and they apologized, re-established the service and the investigation begin to find out who did what, how, when and where. I had to remove my credit card from my auto re-boost account so that it wouldn't be used to pay for a phone that they had given to
Technical Issues with the tower for 3 months and forcing me to pay for services I'm not enjoying. Boost gives me a reference number to compensate my injury when the due date comes to give the number they denied my reference number due to injurys..Non understanding customer service quick to get off the phone it's been told to me that they've been lying about 5g services false advertising.
Began charging me Boost Up! Without me knowing and never told me it was for an iPhone 8 until I visited a store. I was paying an extra fee thinking it was for one of the phones I already own. Will not let me remove the phone and is making it hard to cancel due to an agreement to pay the phone regardless of condition.
They will not refund money for service I didn't use
I bought a family plan from boost mobile on July/28th/2018
I was the primary account holder for a family plan for 4 phones. Boost gave out my personal information TWICE to an unauthorized person who did not have any permission to break the plan. I've called the support lines twice to talk to corporate to make a complaint and was given FALSE promises and information. No one has called me as promised concerning this situation. This is a clear violation of my rights to confidentiality and breach of contract.
I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER AT NEWARK AIRPORT & OTHER PARTS OF NJ. I PAY $50/MONTH FOR SERVICE BUT THEIR NETWORK CRASHES 60% OF THE TIME, ESPECIALLT AT EWR & I HAVE LOST APPOX $7,000 INCOME BECAUSE OF TBIS I HAVE TENS THOUSANDS SCREENSHOTS SHOWING "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE" & THE HOURS & HOURS TIME GONE BY THAT I CANMOT WORK. THEY CANNOT TAKE MY $ FOR A SERVICE & NOT PROVIDE IT. I WANT EVERY PENNY INCOME LOST BECAUSE OF THEIR GARBAGE NETWORK

I have had boost mobile for my second time around now the first time being for four + years from approximately 2009 - 2014 and during that whol period i experienced countless dropped and interrupted phone calls from either bad service and/or at many times no service at all leaving me having to data as well. Now im on my second stint with boost this time for nearly 6 months and even after the last 5 years of being gone from boost the coverage and service hasnt changed one bit. I honesly dont understand how this business stays alive. Sometimes you dont even get what we pay for or good service as boosts mistakedly claims.
