I was the primary account holder for a family plan for 4 phones. Boost gave out my personal information TWICE to an unauthorized person who did not have any permission to break the plan. I've called the support lines twice to talk to corporate to make a complaint and was given FALSE promises and information. No one has called me as promised concerning this situation. This is a clear violation of my rights to confidentiality and breach of contract.
I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER AT NEWARK AIRPORT & OTHER PARTS OF NJ. I PAY $50/MONTH FOR SERVICE BUT THEIR NETWORK CRASHES 60% OF THE TIME, ESPECIALLT AT EWR & I HAVE LOST APPOX $7,000 INCOME BECAUSE OF TBIS I HAVE TENS THOUSANDS SCREENSHOTS SHOWING "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE" & THE HOURS & HOURS TIME GONE BY THAT I CANMOT WORK. THEY CANNOT TAKE MY $ FOR A SERVICE & NOT PROVIDE IT. I WANT EVERY PENNY INCOME LOST BECAUSE OF THEIR GARBAGE NETWORK
The company locked my unlocked phone.
I have had boost mobile for my second time around now the first time being for four + years from approximately 2009 - 2014 and during that whol period i experienced countless dropped and interrupted phone calls from either bad service and/or at many times no service at all leaving me having to data as well. Now im on my second stint with boost this time for nearly 6 months and even after the last 5 years of being gone from boost the coverage and service hasnt changed one bit. I honesly dont understand how this business stays alive. Sometimes you dont even get what we pay for or good service as boosts mistakedly claims.
I bought my phone unlocked for 900.00 at Best Buy. My husband had an account at boost so I joined his account. I got horrible service and was not happy with any part of the service. So we switched to T-Mobile. Well T-Mobile said my phone was locked by boost. I paid cash for my iPhone XR. I called boost to unlock it and they told me no and that I have to have active service for 12 months.
My son recently purchased a phone from Boost Mobile. My Boost phone died and we intended to upgrade our three phones. They did not carry the phone my son wanted, so he purchased it from Best Buy. When he went to transfer the data from his old phone, they did not carry the SIM card required, and as usual, they provided terrible service. We decided to switch our service to Verizon. Even after we paid off the phone, they refused to unlock it so we could transfer it to Verizon. To add insult to injury, when we tried to sell the phone, Sprint told the potential buyer that we still owed on the phone. We have a $600+ phone that is useless. They are using their power to bully their customers into staying with them.
My phone was hacked and the sun card mirrored. Someone else posed as me took control of my phone lines one personal one business. Then took control of everything in my Google social media and cash app accounts. Took naked pics of me through my Google account
I made a return two weeks ago. The phones arrived within 2-3 days and I still haven’t received my money. I just want my money back. They have my phones why won’t they give me my money.
They took 600 dollars and gave wrong information. Made missed two days of work
