This company is insisting that I owe an $86.00 balance on equipment that was returned on June 12th 2019. I have a receipt for the drop off of the equipment which included two pieces. Furthermore, I returned two items at the same time and they only got one and are blaming me. They have ran me around several times and I do not owe them money and they have threatened my credit if I do not pay. They have lost the item and it is not my responsibility nor should my credit be effected for their carelessness. They are harassing me to pay the fee when it is not owed. The item was returned and we have a receipt.
I was charged with a full month of service even tho they know I did not use any data for over 30 days. I called to discontinue my service this and then I discontinued them finally August 7 I was 11 days of my cycle but they charge me for the whole cycle
Charged for cable services that I never recieved in a 6 month period. Company refused to reimburse for the 6 month of charges. Supervisors acknowledged the charges and validated there was no cable card as th stated I personally picked up from their store. Which never happened. Also sent tech out to validate at service address that there was no cable card or cable modem. Which they charged me for. Tech validated and said there is no cable at this residence. He also commented you never know what your going to get with this company. I have been trying for 2 months to get it handled. I have been lied to by multiple supervisors over this two month period. Cancelled service on 9 July 2019 due to active military PCS move orders. Per orders, had to report to new duty station in 10 July. I couldn't return the equipment until I was allowed leave from new unit on 20 July. All account dues were paid except the equipment charge. Upon return of equipment on 20 July, service rep informed me account dues were satisfied. On 6 Aug, received bill for $90.99 for credit card rejection when they attempted to charge my auto pay card in the account for the equipment (that was turned in on 20 July). Upon discussing on phone with Spectrum, they charge the auto pay card on my account after a period of time if the equipment isn't turned in and my card was declined
Absolutely No WiFi Service has worked in over 50 days!
Customer Service Representative refused to allow me place an order for a Spectrum/Mobile phone and allow the phone to be kept at the Fed Ex hub due to the fact that I could not and would not be home to sign for the phone. Nor did any representative advise me that I could have gone to the local Spectrum store and applied for the same Spectrum/Mobile package and picked the phone directly from the local Spectrum store. I spent hours and hours on the phone attempting to resolve this and had to contact North Carolina Attorney General.
Hacked in three different accounts despite them suppose to close one account since I opened the new account to get rid of the hack they kept the old account open billing me for two accounts despite only having one account they sent technicians out ever other week for three months replacing modems and routers one technician repeated all my financial spending on my iphone
Charter / Spectrum has provided intermittent service at best for the past year - resulting in Spectrum charging us full price for internet and cable working at about half the time or ine quarter of the speed promised. Now Spectrum wants to raise our rates after one year of disappointing service. Truly the result of a monopoly in our area. We are coordinating and requesting an investigation through our state's Attorney General, Congressional Officials, FCC and FTC. We are also coordinating with Amazon to entice them to deliver internet service to our area by next year in hopes to replace Spectrum!
I requested my service be cut off April 27th made my final payment went through on the 28th, tried to return equipment but spectrum store was officially shut down April 1st the closest one was over an hour away which is not feasible. Now they are still charging me for May and June and a total of $245 which I did not ask for. now they're claiming that did not make a phone call even though I know their conversations are recorded and exactly what I said, I also have recorded conversations with spectrum myself one saying I have a zero balance in the other saying they did see a phone call. I just want help with $245, I did not have service and was not going to pay more for my service that didn't
I cancelled our service on 7/26/19 and shortly after received a bill for $195 for services provided from 7/25-8/24/19. Their customer service was rude and explained this is their “policy”, however I could not find this anywhere on my bill.
