Was lied to regarding auto pay and adding a hotspot for work. I was told I would not be charged since I went into a local office to add this. My bank account today is 40 overdrawn. They will not do anything. There is no working corporate number. Spoke with csr and his supervisor. They offer only a $10 refund not the $30 extra in overdrafts they caused when I was lied to in the bay minette store yesterday.

I like to file a formal complaint because I paid a bill in July for my phone to be on and it never went through went back to the original building to see what was wrong on your part cuz it was a cash transaction and I was told by your supervisors on the phone for customer service. They refused to give me my back my $93 and I would like to know how that's possible at the store that I went to is no longer in service?.....after I've sent it all the files and all the paperwork and receipts I'm very displeased I would like my money back or it's going to be a problem. I have 5 lines with Cricket. I called to deactivate one line on 7/9/2019 it was supposed to be deactivated on 7/22/2019. My line was never deactivated and then they charge me an extra 30.00 more for my bridge payment. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone trying to get help to correct a problem they created and all the Rep and his Supervisor kept telling me was there is nothing they can do because I'm on a bridge payment. Surely there should be something put in place to compensate customers when the error falls on Crickets side. I have had Cricket for years and suddenly my account went from unlimited 4 LTE to speeds "up to 3 LTE" a new plan appeared "Unlimited Plus" and same price. but would charge me on my second line $15.00 more. I have no desire to upgrade that 2nd line. I should be Grandfathered in my old plan if plans changed. I have called Cricket a dozen times. Their offshore reps while polite are 100% useless. The one rep who "created a ticket" for my issue. No ticket was ever created because they said I would have received an email which I never did. I have asked for Supervisors & USA reps wind up getting disconnected or back in the que. No corporate phone number anywhere. Not accredited by BBB so can't tur
