10 yr business account for motel in IL under contract with directv(paid by bank autopay) called fraud and suspended by third party dealer claimed fraud ( paid protection plan every month,despite ,hacked by dealer from WY) by att ....file complaint with FCC,state atorney general and NOW FTC...what to do next?
I was a DirecTV customer for 12 years. I move from one city to another. When they hooked me up at my new address, unknown to me, they started me on a new 2 year agreement mb t automatically. After 9 months, I called and cancelled service. Then, they are trying to charge me for an early cancellation fee.
I cancelled my service within 3 days of having it. When I called to cancel I was told I have a 30 day buyers remorse period. I asked for clarification because I had heard of the ETF and I was told I would just have to pay the installation fee of around $50, which was fine with me. I went about with life and a couple of months later I get a call and a letter saying I owe $498, I ignored it thinking it was a scam. I also moved across town at this time. A couple months go by and I go to check my credit score on credit karma and I see that I have what’s called a “derogatory mark” on my credit report, it says I have a collections agency saying I owe $498, this explains why I haven’t been approved
I signed up for direct Tv in early July 2019. A tech connected it on July 6,2019. I was very unsatisfied with the service so I called to cancel service on July 6,2019. At that time o was told I would receive a $100 potential paid visa card. Here it is today August 12,2019 and still have not received anything. I have called in several times regarding this issue with no success. One person told me it was mailed August 2,2019 while another person tells me something totally different. All I want is the card they promised to me about 6 weeks ago. No one can give me any straight answers.

They overcharged me for months. I asked them to take off premium channels and they refused.
I had to cancel service because of contract at&t never cared if I received the promotional package never followed up on the services that I haven't received billing has been a issue.By cancelling they are expecting me to pay 20 dollars a month for 2 years also place a hit on my credit.I feel they broke the contract by not completing the promotional package
I sign up for at&t internet service for my company and also my home I canceled my business account which was at a different location, ok sign up for internet service in my home after that I received a phone call from at&t about a deal for internet service I said I already have internet service but I could get a better deal so I said ok well I end up getting two bills for the same service, paid my bill when I received it. Got into a 2 year contract with diectv my bill was to reflect $68.00 monthly and I was guaranteed that it would not increase. a year went by and my bill went from $68.00 to $132.00 a month. I also moved recently and was told that there would be a $200.00 "moving fee". I chose to cancel my account instead of paying that fee. During my cancellation I was told that Directv would waive the $200.00 fee if they could retain my services. They said"rather then loose me as a customer, we will waive the $200.00 moving fee. I accepted that. What they didn't tell me was that my contract got extended another year by accepting the $200.00 moving fee waiver. As of now im stuck with a $132.00 monthly bill t
