Experian continues to report a fraudulent account FRANKLIN COLLECTION SV to collections that is not mine but fails to report my Discover card account that is in perfect standing….the creditor has sent letters and all the proper information to Experian but they simply will not insert the account into my credit file…..they removed it for no reason and will not put it back.
Experian has auto-charged 24.99 monthly for 3 years without my authorization. Also, personal data was leaked in data breach.
Noit’s on Experian that got it wrong. From the balance of the original amount that went from 5000. When I had the dispute process the balance went from 5000 that I took the settlement that should have been removed. But instead of removing it they wrote off 19850. Capital one has no idea of where the balance came from. They even sent an letter to them with instructions on how to handle the settlement. But it is half down. They marked it current but didn’t remove the write off of 19850. I have been talking to Lexington legal and looking online I can sue them if they don’t correct and that Is what I will tell tomorrow when I talk to them and I got confirmation from capital one. Only Expedia and
Experian refuse to provide verifiable proof (an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it) from a company that is appearing on my credit report by name of Regional Acceptance Corporation
Experian sent a collection agency a copy of my drivers license and social security card which was intended only for Experian to dispute the collection account. They ended up forwarding my letter along with my personal documents over to the collection company. The collection company then proceeded to post it on the CFBP complaint response and thats how i learned Experian shared my information.
They have made it impossible to unfreeze my credit report after misleading me into believing it was easy to do so when I chose to freeze it. I own a small business that generates close to $500,000.00 a year in revenue but sometimes need to take a loan to meet short term obligations. This freeze has stopped my ability to do so and has brought a profitable company to its knees. I’m also unable to take a salary and am unable to meet personal obligations as well.
There is a fraudulently reporting item on my credit report and Experian refuses to remove it eventhough they cannot provide evidence to prove that they verified the account.
They have allowed my personal information to get into wrong hands. I expect to have my personal information be protected by a major credit bureau.
Regional Acceptance Corporation a predatory loan violater, continues to be listed on my account .I have exhausted all avenues and need to sue.
