I have cancelled experience since right before the free trial ended and they have still charged me 19.99 a lonth... everytime untried calling or cancelling services they keep charging me.I have tried so many Bill's to my card so I'm trying to nowndigire out which Bill's are tied to it before canceling card now....because now I have to resort to this.I cant even get a hold of a live rep to settle this dispute.So far they have charged me 4 months if this

Noit's on Experian that got it wrong. From the balance of the original amount that went from 5000. When I had the dispute process the balance went from 5000 that I took the settlement that should have been removed. But instead of removing it they wrote off 19850. Capital one has no idea of where the balance came from.They even sent an letter to them with instructions on how to handle the settlement. But it is half down. They marked it current but didn't remove the write off of 19850. I have been talking to Lexington legal and looking online I can sue them if they don't correct and that Is what I will tell tomorrow when I talk to them and I got confirmation from capital one. Experian sent a collection agency a copy of my drivers license and social security card which was intended only for Experian to dispute the collection account.They ended up forwarding my letter along with my personal documents over to the collection company. The collection company then proceeded to post it on the CFBP complaint response and thats how i learned Experian shared my information.
