Vivint Complaint

The salesman said they he was giving away free equipment. I triple checked and asked multiple times that the equipment being installed was completely free? He said yes I would just be charged the monthly service fee. This turns out was not the case. I have filed for a cancellation but they will not do it until the equipment is paid for. They said I verbally agreed on the phone call confirming. I said no I didn't. I agreed to the service all the while the salesman is standing there feeding me more lies about how he was doing a soft credit check and in fact getting me to do a loan. I requested a copy of that phone call as well as my contract all of which I never received.

ADT Complaint

My name is E***** A*****, live at [...] WA. My family ordered ADT in May, 2018. We paid $800+ installation fee, monthly auto pay ADT $65 per month. I was promised to have cameras that recording our very small unit C-101, especially in sleeping hours in the night, and I was promised I could check the ADT Recordings within 30 days. However, ADT failed their Home Security duty as I have been attacked with Plague superbug disease needle shoots all over my legs and arms ever since May, 2019. Guardian Complaint

The sales guy did not tell us it was a 60-month commitment. When the tech came to install the alarm. All the features I wanted was not able to be done. The sales guy said we could put a door pad on the screen door but tech said only the second door which does not make sense if I need a key for first door. Then the tech had to install a different doorbell which required me having an app on the phone in order to hear doorbell but tech could not put on my phone. Another guy came out and could not figure it out as well. I tried to cancel and they said I have to pay an outrages fee. I told them numerous times tht its not what I was promised. They said they cant cancel until I pay 1,260 in full.it

Vivint Complaint

I have had 2 vehicle break ins in the time that I have had Vivint. The cameras do not catch it and since I have had this service it has never worked the way they sold us on, any time we call with a concern they try selling us more equipment which is there way of keeping you in a buy out contract. I do not have $1400.00 to buy out equipment that I do not want due to its lack of reliability. Sadly the first robbery was the cause of me losing my job due to the fact that it was a company vehicle that got broken into (that was in my cameras view)
