Wrongful termination and malicious business practices. I was fired in retaliation for requesting proof of benefits I was promised. At first I was hired and labeled as contracted employee through a third party service called Blue Crew, which they had contracted me to be hired for on two consecutive terms. When another staffing agency began providing employees, Blue Crew had “lost the contract” and Lyft forced us to switch over to KNA Solutions to keep our jobs. Upon switching we were promised our benefits would remain the same and a pay increase. 25 days into the new KNA Solutions staffing agency that now had us listed as employees I had inquired about where we could read up on our benefits.
lyft terminated me for a bogus accusation from a female rider who resides in the hood…l had an Excellent 5.0 rating with over 1500 rides successfully completed
I called for a lyft and it charger my husband credit card $114.97 and he had $257.21 and it over chargered him 200 we came from colonial Heights virginia to Williamsburg Virginia we sent a email asking for the money back that they overly took they emailed back and said they couldn’t give us a refund and then we called and the customer service lady said that they refunded $113 back in to his account which was a lie an then she said they refunded $117 back into his account which was another lie and they done this to my sister as well
I went lyft hub for help. They started asking me to leave the hub and refused to help me.
I am a driver for Lyft, i picked up their customer but the app would not work properly, would not let me start the ride. so that the customer was not delayed i began the trip and constantly tried to make it start the ride as we were going but it never did work. the customer said they would work with Lyft to make sure i got paid but lyft said they would not pay because the ride was not on their platform. the ride WAS on their platform but THEIR app was not functioning. it would have been dangerous for me to leave 4 girls stranded without a ride.
I am current Lyft driver I have had a recent damage claim towards a passenger that Lyft has not or refused to compensate myself for.
Wrongful deactivation based on hearsay from riders. I called and Lyft critical service team says they had many complaints from customers which isn’t the truth because I had excellent ratings . So what i am being told is that my deactivation was Done permanently done by their system which makes no sense to me . To just go by a few riders when I have drive 1500 people so I need a good lawyer so I can get back on the road . Can this be a possible case?
The company allowed someone to do fraudulent activity on my account by stealing money and getting my account deactivated.

I drove for Lyft last year. I’ve completed more than 2,000 rides with a rating of 4.96 out of 5.00. Pretty incredible. During three rides last year, my car was damaged by passengers. One vomited at highway speeds with the window open throwing half digested nachos, nacho cheese, and stomach acid all in the door panels, doorjambs, headliner, passenger-side front seat, back seats, rear window, rear deck, some even got in my hair, thus creating a biohazard situation in my car I’m still dealing with today. The other passenger’s friend slammed a bunch of eggs on the trunk of my car, chipping the paint down to the metal. The last passenger got into the car with a nervous dog that scratched the door
