I have mobile hotspot services that’s not being honored by Metropcs by T-Mobile. My internet services has gone from excellent full strength down load speed to zero down load speed every evening from the periods of 5pm – 2am. This problem has been going on for as long as 7 mths 24/7 and continues til this day.

My phone service was changed by me from having it 10 plus years with boost mobile to T mobile ( metropcs/ metro by T- mobile) and I’ve aways made sure my bill with them was away paid on time or in advance as i did before my phone was turned off by metro pcs an my business phone number of 10 years was told to me i can’t get my number back either which case me to lose a 80 thousand dollar new job because them taken my number for a month
I purchased insurance in 2017 on a ZTE blade z max. So August 15 of 2019, I was told by an authorized dealer that the specific phone mentioned above, phone wouldn’t be replaced, if lost, stolen or damaged. So I was paying insurance on two lines same phone. If those phones weren’t covered why am I paying insurance for them. I should be compensated from the time those phones weren’t under coverage. I called metro and I was told they would only compensate me $12 us.
Had metro PC’s for over a yr. One day I no longer have signal. I struggled for three months with no couldn’t receive school calls,doctor calls, extremely important messages I missed, as well as trying to get income for my family. Metro PC’s workers had no care to listen to my issue rather alone fix it. All they wanted was more money. I was told it was my battery,I locked myself out of my SIM/phone, I spent 3 months basically everyday calling the costumer service line or going to the metro PC store just to be put down and told to leave the store. After everything they were to replace my husband’s phone and I was to ship mine to be looked at. Finally results my husband was without a phone and

I have started with metro pcs around June 28th I had problems with the phones on my plan and I had contacted the store regarding this issues and they had did a warehouse warranty I had got three new phones and I had to pay $15 per phone I am now having more issues with these three phones I have called them many of times regarding my phones not working they do trouble shooting steps over and over I got a phone number to call regarding my phones it was the insurance claim they are wanting me to pay $50 dollars per phone to have them replaced they have done nothing to try help me with these problems with my phones
I purchased 2 upgrade phones with metro PC’s by T-Mobile on the family plan. There seems to be constant issues with the data slowing down. Kicking you out of Google search site. Lots of twirling and internet failure to connect. Been going on a hold entire 2weeks problem needs to be corrected.both phones have the same issues.
Metro PCS have my info to someone who sold it to TMobile. They never told me they retrieved my old number and turned off service to temp number. I would not have known except I was so mad I went to TMobile to switch to their service. I had bought a new phone st MetroPCS which I could not use when switching to TMobile because I was told it couldn’t be unlocked for 6 months. Soooooooo I had to buy another phone from TMobile for $200 and I can’t sell the other phone because it is locked.
