Wrongful termination and malicious business practices. I was fired in retaliation for requesting proof of benefits I was promised. At first I was hired and labeled as contracted employee through a third party service called Blue Crew, which they had contracted me to be hired for on two consecutive terms. When another staffing agency began providing employees, Blue Crew had “lost the contract” and Lyft forced us to switch over to KNA Solutions to keep our jobs. Upon switching we were promised our benefits would remain the same and a pay increase. 25 days into the new KNA Solutions staffing agency that now had us listed as employees I had inquired about where we could read up on our benefits.

I called for a lyft and it charger my husband credit card $114.97 and he had $257.21 and it over chargered him 200 we came from colonial Heights virginia to Williamsburg Virginia we sent a email asking for the money back that they overly took they emailed back and said they couldn’t give us a refund and then we called and the customer service lady said that they refunded $113 back in to his account which was a lie an then she said they refunded $117 back into his account which was another lie and they done this to my sister as well
They charged me 31 dollars for an order I did not get. The customer service was very bad. The employee on the phone laughed at me when I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me I have no rights for a refund. Which there was nothing that was ever stated that I can’t get a refund.
I went lyft hub for help. They started asking me to leave the hub and refused to help me.
While taking a trip, my driver caught a flat, he then canceled the trip. Uber refused to send another uber, for my uncompleted trip, unless I paid for the fare.
Unauthorized robo calls everyday at least 5 to 8 times a day from uber eats starting at 5:00 a.m. Everyday. Tried to use the option to delete number contact uber nothing works. Downloaded the app to try to access help for customer support, can not log in, because I did not set this account up. I don’t know password, and my email address is not linked to the telephone number for uber eats. This is really stressful, and I’m tired of the calls waking me up, every morning. This needs to stop immediately.
