Uber Complaint

I had a garnishment as of April 2018, Uber was withholding my earnings since April 2018 to current (July 2019) but was not paying the money withheld to the attorneys representing the company I owed. Uber does not have a contact information besides an email, by email it takes forever to get a response and when they do respond they just send me to the attorneys but the attorneys can not help because they are not the ones withholding my earnings. The attorneys only receive and post what funds were sent to them towards my balance.

Lyft Complaint

There was a passenger who stated she was nineteen, when she entered the vehicle my phone started acting up it ended her trip. To sum things up she made up a story once she got out of the vehicle posted the story all over Facebook called my Ex wife. But Lyft deactivate my account because of a one sided story.

Uber Complaint

I was picked up by a black car at the Minneapolis airport and left my phone in the front seat of the car. I immediately went to Uber's website and filled out the appropriate form. I have two email addresses active in Uber, but after roughly six hours... the first message I got was that the email I provided was not the one I opened the account with... and they would need me to start the process over. I did. Then.... late the next evening, I got a message from Uber saying that they called the driver, but he did not pick up the phone. Ok... I filled out the form again asking them to call him again. Lyft Complaint

Was in an auto accident and fistfight. Was not logged into Lyft at the time but was deactivated as a driver before having a day in court. My insurance company is trying not to fix my car because I was driving for Lyft even though I was not logged in at the time of the accident. I am also being sued by the driver of the other vehicle.

I AM A DRIVER WHO HASBEEN RETALIATED AGAINST FOR WHISTLEBLOWING. SINCE DEC 2018 I HAVE BEEN DENIED THE SAME EARNING RIGHTS AS OTHER DRIVERS. THEY WENT AS FAR 3 TIMES, TO SHUT OFF MY DRIVERS APP TO "REST FOR 6 HRS" AFTER BEING ONLINE FOR 12 HOWEVER I WAS IDLE!! THEY CANNOT COUNT THE HOURS SPENT WAITING AT THE AIRPORT FOR RIDES. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS SHOWING MY CAR DIDNOT MOVE & IT IS IN THEIR CONTROL TO SEND ME RIDES. THIS WEEK IVE BEEN ONLINE 32 HRSBUT MY EARNING ARE ONLY AT $95!!! THAT ISBEFORE HAS, TOLLS & MILEAGE. THEY PURPOSELY SEND ME RIDES OUT IF STATE KNOWING I CANNOT DORIDES OUTSIDE OF NJ SINCE I AM NIT TKC!!! I LOSE HUNDREDS ON THOSE RIDES NOT HEING ABLE TO PICK UP PSGRS OUTSIDE OF NJ,
