DirecTv says I signeda contract. I did not knowingly sign one. I have talked with them, and talked with them. They told me today it is in with the equipment signing. No one ever informed me of this or I would have had them take it away. I was never told about a contract. I would not sign a contract. Now I have an early termination fee. Can you help me. Please

When we signed up for dish network service's we were told we would get 3 months of HBO free.That didn't happen as dish was in a contract dispute with HBO. First day of installation after the Dish technician left, we would lose picture over 50% of the time.The loss of service was spotty at best, black screen, half screen or pixel screen.We were unable to enjoy watching TV without issues.So, I recorded all the issues with my smart phone, not knowing that it would be useful later.I called Dish service and notified the individual on the line that they are being recorded at the same time that I was filming the poor service on my 4K tv.We would call and get customer service from someone that we could not understand probably due to they had their mouth to far from the mic and all we could hear was the background noise of people talking and/or English

I was charged 207 dollars in January for a move in fee when I have been living at my address for 12 years. When I confronted them about the charge, they said I have exceeded the maximum amount of refunds to my account when in fact, the prior refund was an error on their part as well. Now, they put the charge in collections which has affected my credit.

MY payment on the 3rd of every month, NOT THE 1ST, I'm retired and my ssi comes in on the 3rd in my bank. I signed up for your services in middle of the month and paid on the 7th of every month. Your rude incompetent customer service could not do good service in this matter. All my other business expenses can accommodate good service for the 3rd of the month for payment. I wish not to go thru this every month with your customer service. You want to lose a customer, that's option I'm feeling

numerous no shows for installation and repairs more recently. Drove 2.5 hours while sick (with shingles) to meet appointment and was called at 12:34 to be told no one is coming. I received a text earlier in the week confirming appt, but no text saying they wouldn't be coming today. This is the 2nd complete no show, they also missed the 4 hour window for my installation which was almost a month after original now show. Service worked for about 3 weeks before not working anymore. Directv subscriber since 1993 and want free service for at least 2 years after being dehumanized. Also want the ability to call and confirm my appointments with them, as I had to drive 2.5 hours to make this appointme

I was going out of the United states of and I did not know when I would return. I called the customer retention line and they advised me to return equipment to the USPS office. And was told I wont be charge any fee because they don't have service in the area I am going. That was my last conversation with them. I was told that this conversation was recorded. Four months after A collection company called Credence started threat thatthey will list this on my credit report file. This is embarrassing.

I called to sign up for service with DirectTV this past April.I went through a long call with the phone rep assuring that there were no other hidden charges or fees.The bottom line was that my bill was supposed to be around $67 a month for the first year, and that I would get premium Movie Channels for 3 months for free, and NFL Sunday Ticket for free for 12 months.
