10 yr business account for motel in IL under contract with directv(paid by bank autopay) called fraud and suspended by third party dealer claimed fraud ( paid protection plan every month,despite ,hacked by dealer from WY) by att ....file complaint with FCC,state atorney general and NOW FTC...what to do next?
I was a DirecTV customer for 12 years. I move from one city to another. When they hooked me up at my new address, unknown to me, they started me on a new 2 year agreement mb t automatically. After 9 months, I called and cancelled service. Then, they are trying to charge me for an early cancellation fee.
I cancelled my service within 3 days of having it. When I called to cancel I was told I have a 30 day buyers remorse period. I asked for clarification because I had heard of the ETF and I was told I would just have to pay the installation fee of around $50, which was fine with me. I went about with life and a couple of months later I get a call and a letter saying I owe $498, I ignored it thinking it was a scam. I also moved across town at this time. A couple months go by and I go to check my credit score on credit karma and I see that I have what’s called a “derogatory mark” on my credit report, it says I have a collections agency saying I owe $498, this explains why I haven’t been approved
Dish network, went into my bank account, without my authorization, and took, money out my account, and after noticing, what happen, I spoke with representatives, and they stated there employee made a mistake, and that it was going to take up to 17 days, for my $290 refund to go back to my account...dish, has totally disappointed me, and this is unexceptional, for them to do..this situation has totally put me in a financial hardship, as well, as with my account being overdrawn, because of this employee stupid mistake.
I signed up for direct Tv in early July 2019. A tech connected it on July 6,2019. I was very unsatisfied with the service so I called to cancel service on July 6,2019. At that time o was told I would receive a $100 potential paid visa card. Here it is today August 12,2019 and still have not received anything. I have called in several times regarding this issue with no success. One person told me it was mailed August 2,2019 while another person tells me something totally different. All I want is the card they promised to me about 6 weeks ago. No one can give me any straight answers.
