I ordered an wheel chair due to injuries. I was picked up and taken off plane by wheelchair person who was pushing me. I asked to go to restroom they said they would wait. When I came out of restroom my bags were placed in wheelchair. I waited at least 10min for them to return. I called an TSA security officer to help me they are an witness. I didnt get any other person to help and I literally pushed my bags outside to person who was picking me up because they had been circling at least 3 times My name is Dr. C——– V——–. I had tickets booked by Spirit Airlines for October 14 and i wanted to change it for October 09. I was informed by phone that it would cost me $150. An hour later I changed my reservation on line (under “reschedule your trip”). The invoice came for $ 550 (new tickets + $190 penalty fee). I complained during my subsequent telephone conversation and was told that: 1. penalty is $ 190 (not $150 as I was informed previously by phone); 2. this is not really rescheduling my previous tickets but buying a new one, since I will not be reimbursedfor my original tickets. Spirit Airlines cancelled my flight and caused me to spend too much money to correct their issues due to negligence and then won’t make a fair refund. On August 17th my flight was cancelled at 5:22 am for a flight that I wassupposed to get at 6:20 am, that was delayed to 7:15 am. I was going on acruise later that day at 5:00 pm. It was supposed to arrive in Ft Lauderdale at9:13 am. I was not able to get a new flight out that day and missed my cruise.We were not able to get our money back from the cruise so we had to purchasea new flight and fly out to Puerto Rico and get a room, stay over night to catchthe boat because our deposits were nonrefundable. $288.63 room stay flight$421 extra money

On the 22 of September 2019 a Spirit airline ticket, confirmation number ******, was purchased. The dates of travel were set from October 3, 2019 to October 8, 2019 from San Diego, California to Fort Lauderdale, Florida round trip. A few minutes after purchasing the ticket for a woman by the name Tamara Perry, I was told that the person whom the ticket was purchased for no longer wanted to come to Miami.

08/19/2019(0900cst): Online booking stalled 3(X), for a period of 30min, during payment info section. 3(X) repopulating same payment info in PAYMENT INFO section, then freeze page. After 30min, did not feel safe leaving payment info frozen in state without confirmation page to continue with payment. Contacted SPIRIT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Waited for live aid, but referred to more automation & to issue complaint ON-LINE! In frustration & limited time to complete my booking agenda, I booked with another carrier @ COST $860(R/T tix) + $120(baggage fees) with no problem! 5min after booking with different carrier, Spirit sent e-mail of Flight confirmation & payment received of $875! I requested many times to move my flight back to my origin country because of health issues. I sent my medical records from my Doctor in Colombia. after more than 3 weeks waiting for an answer, my health condition decreased drastically so I decided to buy a new ticket with a different airline, Avianca. When I submitted a new complaint asking for my money back. Customer service replied immediately asking for a recent medical report and they denied my request. They offered me a travel credit. It was so frustrating that I do not want to travel with Sprit never again.

what a horrible first time flying with them experience. We get to the airport, go to the ticketing counter to get our boarding passes and have a discussion at the counter about whether we should check our luggage or carry on as we had some valuable jewelry inside. We decide we didn’t want to lug it around the airport as the bag was heavy with our travel stuff so we decide to trust it to Spirit and check it in. While we are having our discussion and briefly discussed valuables 2 of the ticketing counter agents overhear our conversation. We get to our destination and what do you know! Hey our valuables are gone. So a ruined weekend we begin and the trust broken.

I had a non stop rocket from Florida to Minneapolis…their plane broke…so they told us it would be 3 huts to find another pane so w all scattered to do lunch and kill time… they’d found a different plane and didn’t tell us so half of our flight were of roaming the airport killing time. When many of us got upset- they put us each in all different flights to get us to Minneapolis… the flight they putt me on took me to Texas and they left me there over night! I NEVER WAS SUPPOSE TO EVEN BE NEAR TEXAS MUCH LESS OVER NIGHT!

On September 3, I booked a flight for my grand-daughter and her son to fly to Chicago for him to begin medical therapy on the 11th.This morning, she called to say that she had missed the flight due to a flat tire and I immediately called the airlines.I wanted to get a same day flight so that Sir would be here for the therapy.They told me that it would be $99 per person.When I was able to borrow the money, they said I was too late.I lost $485.
