I can no longer stream on my smart TV even though I have for a long time with the hotspot on my straitalk phone with a unlimited data card
I have been robbed of unlimited data a few times. I bought my daughter B**** L**** a phone and they took her data. 304 *** ****. They said I couldn't use mobile hotspot but nowhere on the plan says that. They also said I couldn't find a better deal. This really hurt my financial business. I needed internet recently so I bought another phone only to have the data to be disabled after a week.
Straight talk deactivated my service. It was mid day around 2. I tried calling them and figuring out what happened. They told me that my phone was deactivated for over 30 days and I lost everything. But I was able to purchase and add a new phone card and use it. They said I was lying and that is not true. They also said that my SIM card and all SIM cards have a eperiation date. SIM cards do not have eperiation dates, and if they do they are not telling people witch is false advertising. I had service with straight talk for 3 years or close to it. They said the only way to solve this issue is to buy a $50 activation kit. They cut my service 3 days early up to a week before. So I was not able
Straight Talk has terminated service for non-payment by their error. The account was set up with automatic payments from my bank (credit card.) They claim the bank denied payment, though after careful checking of bank records, no request or denial have occurred. Maybe an error, or maybe intentional by Straight Talk, but it is clearly their fault.
They drop my calls I very seldom make 5 calls a week they won't let me access my 2apps which I use every week my texts take over 30mins to go through. I've called & cancelled automatic billing & they still charged my act. and I had to pay overdraft fees even though I still had 1more day to go. If you added it up they cheat you out of 1day a month!!! for over 11\2 years!!!
I purchased a phone about 3 yrs ago and pd over $700 for this phone and it's been about 7 months since I used it. I recently went to reactivate this phone and they informed me I could no longer use this phone but that they would give me a $40 credit. I since have ordered a new phone 4xs and they keep reversing my payment and letting it time out. This has caused me undue stress and has made me very very sick! I bought a new phone in February of 2019 . Also I purchased a new sum card from straight talk for the new phone . Now months later I keep getting complaints from customers saying I cant be reached. I get voice mails sometimes a month late . So I call and was told by a customer service agent that whoever set up my new phone didn't do it right. So I need another sim card. I get another sim card. I call in and tell the guy I talk to that this is a new sim card and needs to be linked with my new phones imei number . I also tell him that there is a reference number that has all the info from my previous call . And of course he's does the same thing and hooks it up wrong again . Then they tell
Your Internet & phone service is extreme unreliable. Data never stays on longer than 15 minutes then crashes. I want my 45.00 back & I will be cancelling your service after 10 years of service. Your Internet in terrible & slower than 3g. Takes 15 to 30 seconds to turn a page on ebay. When I renewed my minutes 3 weeks ago my phone quit working properly. I have kept notes showing internet if off more than on & have pictures of the failures of straight talk. I'm warning everyone to dump straight tal. They must be throttling the speed. They charged my account for two different amounts when renewing minutes. So I called to get a refund for one. They kept transferring me to 7 different people and refused to give me my refund that I didn’t authorize. And then claimed they were processing it. Mid sentence my phone cut out. And completely lost service/signal. I call multiple people to see if my phone is working. I call them back on another phone number to see what happened and they blacklisted my phone and reported it lost/stolen to Verizon. My service was turned off cause straight talk said there was a credit card chargeback. I don't even own a credit card. So that's the first 50 dollars they took from me. They told me in order to reactivate I have to buy another service card. So I buy another service card and got phone reactivated. Next day they shut my phone off again saying same thing about a credit card chargeback and they didn't have record of me adding more service the day before when I had the receipt and service card in my hand.
